Nuts & Bolts of German: Conjunctions: "deshalb/deswegen": Make one out of two

In each case combine the two sentences with the conjunction "deswegen" (or "deshalb"). Be careful, sometimes you will have to change the order of the two sentences to create a meaningful new sentence.
