This is an election poster by the Green Party in Germany (the stylized sunflower on the right-hand side is the symbol for Green (political) Parties.

It shows Robert Habeck, Germany's Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Climate Action between December 2021 and May 2025, who was the Green Party's candidate for Chancellor in the federal election on February 23rd 2025.

The Greens have modernised the phrase "Ein Mann, ein Wort" by replacing the word "Mann" (man) with the word Mensch" (human being). "Mensch" is gender neutral.

But the basic meaning of the phrase has not changed. It's supposed to suggest that Robert Habeck is a person/a politician you can trust.
